Josheen Estates Llp

Josheen Estates Llp is located over in Panchsheel Vihar at A 13. We are specifically on the third floor, in the back rear portion, Flat No. Epanchsheel Vihar. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, which definitely keeps us awake. Being on the top floor means we get a bit more light, which is nice during the winter months. The flat is small, but we have arranged it so everyone has their own little corner. From the back window, you can see the rooftops of other buildings and some laundry hanging out. Panchsheel Vihar is a busy area, but our spot in the back portion of the building is relatively quiet. We’ve been working from this flat for some time. We have a few cupboards for all the real estate papers and some folders that have been sitting there for ages. The furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable enough for a long day. We don't have a big sign outside, so you really have to look for the building number. Most people who come to see us are people we’ve known for a while. It feels less like a corporate office and more like a small workshop. We just handle the day-to-day estate matters as they come. It’s a simple setup for a simple business, really. No need for anything fancy when the work is straightforward and the sun is out.
