J.D.K. Developers Llp has its office in Greater Kailash-II, right in the M-39 Community Complex. This part of South Delhi is always very lively with people visiting the markets and shops nearby. We’ve been based in this complex for a while now. Our daily routine involves a lot of development work, which basically means we spend our time on planning and coordination. The office isn't very large but it’s enough for what we need. We have some desks and a small area where we can sit down and go over site maps. Since we are in the Community Complex, it’s quite easy for people to find us if they are already in the GK-II area. There’s always something happening outside, but inside we just try to focus on our tasks. Most of our work is about the details of building and developing properties, so there’s a lot of paperwork to stay on top of. We don't really use any big marketing slogans or anything; we just tell people where we are and what we are working on. The office can get a bit crowded with rolls of blueprints and documents everywhere, but that’s just a sign that we have plenty to do. It’s a good location for a business like ours and we are comfortable being part of the GK-II community without needing any flashy signs or corporate stuff to show off.
