JASOLA ESTATES LLP

We’re based out of the Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate in Badarpur. Our office is at B 2/64. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly industrial and business-focused, which suits us just fine. Jasola Estates LLP has been around this part of South Delhi for a while now. We deal with estate matters, mostly focusing on the properties and land around here and Jasola. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between different sites. The industrial estate can be a bit noisy and dusty with all the trucks moving around, but it’s where the work happens. We aren't the type of people to wear suits every day unless we really have to. Usually, we’re just in our work clothes, checking on things or meeting with clients who are looking for space. It’s a practical business. We don’t have a fancy lobby with coffee machines. It’s more about the desks, the phones, and the files. People come to us because they need help navigating the property market in this specific corridor near Badarpur. We try to keep things moving. The pace can be fast, and sometimes it gets stressful when deals are pending, but we’ve got a good handle on it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, and we’ve stayed right here in the middle of it. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till evening, six days a week.
