JAGWATI DEVI BUILDERS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Down in Sangam Vihar, right on the main road, is where we set up shop. The Shiv Mandir is a good landmark if you are trying to find C-91A on the ground floor. This place is always busy with traffic and people walking by, but it is home for us. Jagwati Devi Builders started because there is always something needing to be built or fixed around this part of South Delhi. It is not a fancy office with big glass windows, just a practical spot where we get our work done and meet folks from the neighborhood. We handle building projects and construction stuff, mostly trying to keep things moving despite the heat and the narrow streets. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the road gets blocked, but that is just how it is living and working in Sangam Vihar. We have been at this for a while now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on site materials. It is hard work and my hands are usually a bit dusty by the end of the day. We are just a small team trying to do right by the people who hire us to build their walls or roofs. There is no big corporate talk here, just us sitting in the office near Khasra 1494. If you are passing by the temple, you might see us out front talking to the laborers or looking at some blueprints on the desk. We just keep at it day after day.
