Invictus Estates Llp

Invictus Estates Llp is located in New Friends Colony, which is a well-known part of South Delhi. Our office is at A-94, on the first floor. It’s a nice area with plenty of trees and a bit more space than some of the other parts of the city. We’ve been here for a bit, and it’s a good base for looking after real estate matters. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s just a place where we do our work. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding properties, which means our desks are usually piled high with folders. South Delhi has a different pace, and we try to keep up with it without getting too stressed out. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act more important than we are. We just know the local property scene and try to be useful to the people who come to us. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us here while the rest are out showing places or meeting with lawyers. It’s a straightforward way to run a real estate partnership. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to get some fresh air away from the screens. New Friends Colony is a busy place, but our first-floor spot is a bit of a retreat from the noise. We just take the work as it comes and try to be as clear as possible with everyone we deal with.
