Infinitylife Spaces Development (Opc) Private Limited is located out on Mall Road in Kishan Garh, Mehrauli. The landmark we usually give people is the mixture plant nearby. It’s at Kh No-40/15. The area is quite industrial and raw, which actually fits the type of work we do. There’s often a bit of dust in the air from the plant and the trucks moving on Mall Road, but you get used to it. Our office is a simple building that we’ve fitted out for our needs. We don't have any marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It’s mostly just calendars, project charts, and a lot of coffee mugs. We’re an OPC, so it’s a small, focused operation. Most of the day is spent on the phone or meeting with contractors. Kishan Garh has a lot of construction-related businesses, so we are in the right place. It’s not the easiest place to reach if you don't have a map, but once you find the mixture plant, you’re basically there. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the grit of the neighborhood. It reminds us that work is about building things, not just sitting in a fancy chair. We keep our overheads low and our focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a honest way to work. We don't pretend to be something we aren't, we just focus on the development projects we have.
