We've been working out of Gandhi Nagar for a while now. The office is right at 9/9 in Kailash Nagar. Most people around here know us because we deal with land and housing stuff in the East Delhi area. It gets pretty busy around 110031, especially with all the new construction going on. We handle a lot of the paperwork and the ground-level development that comes with trying to build something in a city as crowded as New Delhi. It’s not always easy work. There are days when the heat is just too much, but we keep at it. Image Housing and Land Development LLP isn't a huge corporation with fancy glass walls. We’re just a small group of people trying to make sense of the land market here. Sometimes we're out in the field looking at plots, other times we're stuck in the office dealing with maps. People come in asking about where to buy or how to start a project. We tell them what we know. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us in the office. If you've walked past the building in Kailash Nagar, you've probably seen our sign. We try to be helpful to the locals because we live here too. Dealing with land development takes time and patience, which is something we’ve learned over the years. It’s just how things go in this part of town.
