Hullaard Construction Company LLP is situated in Sarvodya Enclave. If you haven't been there, it’s a decent area in South Delhi. Our office is a bit different because we are in the basement floor of D-283. It stays a bit cooler down there during the Delhi summers, which we don't mind at all. Being in the basement means we don't get a lot of street noise, so it’s actually a pretty good place to focus on the construction plans and boring paperwork. The pin code is 110017. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that. It’s just a solid, practical workspace where we keep all our files and drawings. Sarvodya Enclave is a well-known spot, and we’re happy to be based here. We usually have the lights on all day since there aren't many windows in a basement, but it works for us. We’re just a small team trying to get the job done right. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just come in, sit at the desks, and handle the construction business as it comes. It’s a bit of a walk down the steps to get to us, but most people find us just fine. We’ve been in this South Delhi location for a while and it feels like home to the business. It’s just a regular office for regular people doing a day’s work in the city.
