Our office is in a residential-looking building that’s been converted for business use. It feels more like a house than a corporate headquarters, which actually makes it quite comfortable. We have a few rooms set up for meetings and desks for the staff to work at. There is a lot of coming and going because of the nature of our work. We deal with safety and training, so there are always people visiting or trainers heading out to different sites. It’s not a quiet, still office. There is usually someone talking in the hallway or a phone ringing in the back room. Being in Lajpat Nagar 2 means we are right in the middle of a very lively neighborhood. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy slogan on the wall. We just have our materials and a team that knows what they are doing.
