We are located at H-17/231 in Hamdard Nagar, which is part of Sangam Vihar in New Delhi. If you know the area, you know it’s a very crowded and lively place. The streets are pretty narrow, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving. Most of us just walk or take a rickshaw. To be fair, it's a bit of a squeeze. Our office is a simple room where we handle the India operations for Khd Humboldt Wedag India Pvt Ltd. We don't have any polished marble floors or expensive art on the walls. It’s just us, our computers, and a lot of work. The noise from the street is always there, but you stop noticing it after a few days. We do our own filing and manage our own schedules. There isn’t a big corporate structure here; it’s just a small team getting things done. We get our mail at the 110062 pin code. Sometimes we have to go out and find a local shop for supplies because we don't keep a huge stock of things. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We’d rather spend that time finishing the tasks on our list. It’s a real, hardworking environment. We share stories over lunch and then get back to it. It’s just a normal day for us in New Delhi, and we wouldn't have it any other way, really.
