Grix Foods Pvt Ltd is located over at D-74 in Defence Colony. It’s a pretty well-known part of town. Being based here is convenient for all the coming and going we do. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We spend a lot of our time in the back. That is where we handle the food samples and the packaging details. It’s not a huge operation. Just a handful of us who really care about what we’re putting out. We often have boxes of new ingredients sitting around. We are usually testing things out. The place can get a bit cluttered. There isn't much of a corporate vibe here. Usually, someone has the radio on. We’re all chatting while we work. Defence Colony has a lot of energy, and we try to keep up with that by staying busy from morning until late afternoon. Sometimes we have lunch together at one of the local spots nearby, but mostly we just eat at our desks while checking the day's orders. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on getting the food batches right and making sure the deliveries go out to the right addresses on time. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who like being around food and don’t mind the hard work that comes with it. We just want to get the job done and get home.
