Ggg Developers Llp is situated at F 7 in East Of Kailash. It is a pretty decent neighborhood in South Delhi. The building is older, with those heavy wooden doors that sometimes creak. Inside, we have set up our workspace with some basic tables and chairs. It is not one of those modern offices with glass walls and fancy lights. We prefer it this way. It feels more solid. East of Kailash is quite green compared to other parts of the city, which is nice when you look out the window. We spend our days dealing with a lot of legal papers and structural plans. There is always a pile of documents on the main table that never seems to get smaller. We have a small pantry where we make instant coffee or tea. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for when the garbage truck comes by in the morning. We do not have a lot of staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. One person might be talking to an architect while the other is fixing the printer or answering the door. It is just the reality of how we run things. We have been here for a while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But the location is good for meeting people who are interested in what we are developing. It is a no-nonsense environment. We just focus on the projects and try to get things finished without too much fuss.
