We are Garcia Promoters & Developers Private. Our main office is located over in Molarband Extension, which is part of the Badarpur area. If you know the neighborhood, you probably know the 60 Foota road. That is where we are. Specifically, we are at Om Bhawan, D-10, on the stilt floor. It isn't a huge flashy office, just a place where we get our work done every day. Being in this part of Delhi means things are always moving. We deal with property development and promotion around here. The road outside stays busy and it has a real local vibe. Sometimes the traffic is a bit much, but that is just how Badarpur is. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Most people around the stilt floor area know us. We handle the paperwork and the planning for different building projects right from this desk. It is a straightforward operation. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs, desks, and the files we need for the promoting side of things. If you are walking down the 60 foota road, you will see the Om Bhawan building easily enough. We chose this spot because it is right in the middle of where the actual work happens. It makes it easier for us to keep an eye on things. We are just a group of people trying to build things in the local community and keep the projects moving along.
