Futurous Structure Developers Private Limited is located in the Chattarpur area. Our office is on the third floor of a building in JVTS Garden, specifically C-68/2 Left. Chattarpur has changed a lot lately, and being here puts us right in the middle of all the new structures going up. We are developers, so we focus on the actual building of things. The third floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at computer screens or paper plans. It’s a lot of work to get a structure from an idea to something real. We aren't a polished corporate firm. Our office feels more like a workshop sometimes. We have people coming in and out all day. The South Delhi-110074 area is pretty hectic, and we are just trying to keep up with the pace. We don't use fancy slogans. We just talk about what needs to be built and how much it will cost. Some days are better than others, especially when a project finally finishes. We have had our share of struggles with regulations and materials, but we just keep going. It’s a practical job for practical people. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people seeing what we do. The climb up to the third floor keeps us fit, I guess. It is a bit tiring at the end of a long shift. That is about it for us. We are just here doing the daily work.
