Food Service Solution

Our place is at 130/2, Masjid Moth, just behind NDSE-2. It’s a bit of a hidden spot if you don’t know where you’re going. At Food Service Solution, we deal with a lot of kitchen stuff. Usually, the space is filled with crates or pieces of equipment that need to go out to different restaurants. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have a showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just us working through orders and making sure the right supplies get to the right kitchens. The back area gets a bit dusty with all the packing, but that’s normal for this kind of work. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a good bit now. Being near South Extension makes it easy to get around, even if the lanes around Masjid Moth are a bit tight for delivery trucks. We spend our mornings checking inventory and the afternoons sending things out. It’s just a small team of us. We aren't trying to be anything huge. We just know how kitchens work and what they need to keep running. Sometimes we're busy fixing something or helping a chef find a specific part. It’s honest work, and it keeps us on our feet all day. We mostly drink tea from the corner stall and keep an eye on the clock to make sure deliveries are on time. It’s a steady routine that works for us and the people we supply. Nothing fancy about it.
