Fashion Factory International

Fashion Factory International sits at B-253 in Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. It’s a solid building that has seen a lot of work over the years. We spend our days surrounded by patterns, scissors, and the hum of the production line. Being in Phase-I means we are right in the thick of things, surrounded by other factories and warehouses. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it feels right for what we do. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing. Most of us just wear comfortable clothes and get on with the sewing and packing. The office part of the building is small because we’d rather have more room for the actual production. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the water delivery is late, but that’s just part of being in this area. We have a routine that hasn't changed much in years. We start early, check the daily targets, and try to make sure everything looks okay before it goes into a box. There’s no big secret to how we run things; we just show up at B-253 and do the work. The walls are covered in old calendars and some notes scrawled in marker. It’s a real place where people work hard and maybe complain about the heat sometimes. We’ve stayed here because it works for us and the space fits our needs perfectly without being overly complicated or fancy for no reason.
