We are based in Khirki Extension, specifically at S-20-A, Kh. No: 14. We are on the lower ground floor, which stays a bit cooler during the Delhi summers. We are near the Sai Mandir, so it’s easy to find us if you’re in the area. Developers is what the name says, but we are basically just a team that handles building and property work. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just come down the stairs to our office. It’s a working space, full of papers, old coffee mugs, and boots that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time out in the heat looking at sites around South Delhi. Khirki is a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow lanes. We don't talk in that corporate way because it feels fake. We just tell you what's happening with the project. Sometimes things go wrong, like a wall isn't straight or the material doesn't arrive on time. We just deal with it. We've been doing this for a while and we know the area well. It's a tough business, but we like seeing a building actually stand up. We don't have a big mission statement. We just show up every morning, drink some tea, and get to work. If you need us, we’re usually there on the lower ground floor or out at a site nearby.
