Ellova Constructions Private Limited is based in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. You can find us at D-22/5. Being in an industrial zone like Okhla means everything is about getting things done. It’s noisy, there are trucks everywhere, and it’s always busy, which suits us just fine. We spend our days managing construction projects from this South Delhi base. Our office isn't fancy; it’s a working space where we store our tools, plans, and files. We’ve been around this part of Delhi for a while, and we know how the logistics work here. Moving materials in and out of Phase-II is a task in itself. We don't use big words or have complicated processes. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out the best way to do it with the hands we have. Most of our staff have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and then get back to the grind. Construction is tough work, especially in the summer heat, but it’s what we do. We deal with the daily problems like power cuts or late deliveries without making a big deal of it. It’s just how it is in the industry. If you come by D-22/5, you’ll see we’re usually deep in some project or another. No fluff, just hard work and bricks. That’s our life here in Okhla. We just try to keep building and keep our heads down while doing it.
