Elios Designs & Constructions Private Limited is found at A1/153 in Safdarjung Enclave, which is a pretty well-known neighborhood in South West Delhi. We do a bit of everything here, from the initial designs to the actual construction work. Our office is a simple place, and we don’t really have any of that corporate gloss you see in the big business districts. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around a table with a lot of drawings and a couple of laptops. Safdarjung Enclave is a decent place to be based because it’s fairly central for our work. We spend half our time here in the office and the other half out on the sites where the building is actually happening. We don't really have a mission statement or any of that promotional stuff. We just focus on making sure the designs look right and the construction is solid. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and figure out how to fix it without making a big deal out of it. The office is usually quiet enough that we can actually get some work done, which is nice. We aren't a huge firm, so everything feels more personal. We just show up every day and do our jobs, trying to keep our projects on schedule and making sure we don't miss any of the details. It’s just how we operate.
