Dwarkadhish Promoters Llp

We are located in Okhla Phase 1, at the DLF Prime Towers. Our spot is Dpt 240, using rooms F 79 and 80. It is a big commercial building, so it feels a bit different from a street-side shop. Dwarkadhish Promoters Llp has been here for a bit. The halls in the tower are long and sometimes the air conditioning is too cold. We have two rooms joined together where we keep all our records and the computers. Okhla is always buzzing with people and trucks moving things around. It is a very industrial part of New Delhi. Getting here in the morning is a struggle because of the traffic on the main roads. Inside our office, it is mostly just us looking at land papers and talking to clients on the mobile. We have a small kettle for making tea when we get tired. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and the tops of cars. It is a lot of sitting and typing or checking site updates. We do not really do anything fancy here. The furniture is getting a bit old and the carpet has a few stains from spilled tea. It is a real working space, not a showroom. We know the security guards at the front gate pretty well now. Lunch is usually something ordered from a nearby dhaba or brought from home in a tiffin. We just keep our heads down and get through the day's tasks. There is always a lot of noise from the neighboring offices, but we just ignore it.
