D.R.B.Foods Pvt. Ltd is situated at C-80, in the DDA Sheds of Okhla Phase -I. If you know Okhla, you know it’s a maze of workshops and small factories. Our place is one of those sheds, and it’s always buzzing with activity. Dealing with food products means cleanliness is a priority, even if the building looks a bit old from the outside. Inside, it’s a different world with machines and people in hairnets. We aren't a giant multinational company. This is just a local business trying to get things right. The staff mostly comes from the nearby areas, and we’ve become like a little family over time. There is always the smell of whatever we are processing that day hanging in the air. Sometimes it’s spices, sometimes it’s something else. Big boards of directors or fancy meetings don't happen here. Instead, we meet on the floor and talk about what needs to get done. The noise of the machinery is constant, so talking louder is necessary to be heard. Promotion isn't something we do much of. Most customers are other businesses who already know what we produce. It’s hard work, especially in the summer, but we just keep at it because people need to eat. When the shift ends, we clean up the equipment and get everything ready for the next morning. It is a simple, honest cycle that we follow every day.
