Dlf is located at B-189 in the Additional Township of the Ntpc Colony. We are right by the Btps in Badarpur. This area is quite industrial and busy, which suits the way we work. Our office is a simple place where we manage the local operations. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies with glass elevators. It is just a building with people working hard inside. We have a small crew here, and we all know each other’s families and stories. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes up, whether it’s a maintenance issue or a paperwork error. We don't use a lot of professional jargon when we talk to our neighbors. We just use plain English. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones stop ringing, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but for us, it’s home. We don't have any grand statements to make about our goals. We just want to be here tomorrow and do a slightly better job than we did today. Most of our time is spent checking on sites or filling out forms that the government requires. It’s repetitive, but it’s important work. We keep things moving without making a big deal about it. That is just how we are in this part of New Delhi, keeping things grounded and practical for everyone.
