Dlf Projects Ltd.

In the middle of Sarita Vihar, you will find Dlf Projects Ltd. at House No-2 in Pocket-G. This part of New Delhi is a bit more settled and residential, which we really like. It means we don’t have to deal with the extreme noise of the central commercial districts. The house serves as our main office, and it has plenty of room for our files and the small team we have here. We use the different rooms for different parts of the project management. It’s a very informal setup in some ways, but it’s how we get things done. We walk to the local shops for supplies and the nearby metro makes it easy for the staff to get here without too much trouble. We spend most of our hours tracking project timelines and talking to contractors on the phone. It can get a bit cluttered with all the maps and site documents, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things relatively quiet during the day. We aren't into the whole flashy office culture. We prefer this practical approach where we can just focus on the work at hand. Being in 110076 has been good for us, and the house has become a very comfortable place to handle the business side of our projects without all the usual corporate stress.
