Divaarya Developers LLP is based at 5A Mashihgarh in the Okhla area. It’s a crowded part of town, but it’s a good spot for us because we can get to our different projects fairly easily. The office is where we handle all the administrative stuff that comes with development work. There’s always a pile of documents to go through and phone calls to make to various contractors. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; we’re just a small team trying to get things built. Being in Okhla, we’re surrounded by a lot of other businesses, so there’s always a lot of energy around the office. We don’t really use any big marketing talk. We just tell it like it is. Development involves a lot of waiting around for approvals and then a huge rush to get things done once we have the green light. We spend a lot of our time outdoors at the actual construction sites, so the office can be a bit quiet in the middle of the day. We usually start our mornings with a quick meeting to see what the priorities are and then everyone heads out. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure things like sand, cement, and steel are all arriving at the right time. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized through all the chaos of the building process.
