You can find Devtulya Buildcon over in Molarband Extension, which is part of the Badarpur area in South Delhi. Our address is 452 B, 33D, on the ground floor. It is a bit of a trek for some people to get out this way, but we like being here because it’s close to where a lot of our work is happening. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a ground floor space where we keep our tools, files, and a couple of chairs for visitors. The traffic in Badarpur can be pretty rough, especially during the rush hour, so we try to get our site visits done early in the morning. We do a lot of construction work and there is always something that needs fixing or checking on. The office can get a bit cluttered with samples of bricks or plumbing parts, but we know where everything is. We are just a group of people trying to build things right and keep the business going. It’s not about being fancy or having a big name; it’s about showing up every day and doing the work. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork, and other times we are out in the field all day. It’s a practical life and we don't have time for a lot of fluff. We focus on the bricks and the cement and making sure the jobs get finished.
