Our office is right across from Sarabhai College in the Khanpur area. It's located in Kalyaniwad, which is a place we’ve grown quite fond of over the years. We handle procon work, which mostly means we are involved in the practical side of construction and consulting. The street outside can get a bit loud with the students walking by, but it keeps the energy up. We aren't big on fancy decorations or corporate talk. Our space is mostly filled with blueprints and samples of building materials. People usually drop by because they’ve heard about us through a friend. We don't do much advertising. We just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes a project goes exactly as planned, and other times we have to stay late to figure out a plumbing issue or a structural hitch. It’s just the way this business works. We try to be honest about the costs and the time it takes to get things built. It’s not always a quick process. We’ve been at this for a while and have learned that being straightforward is usually the best approach. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see our sign. We are just regular people working hard to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and safe for whoever ends up using them. We might not have the fanciest office, but we get the job done right eventually.
