We are located on the ground floor at E 239 in Amar Colony. If you’ve been to Lajpat Nagar IV, you know it’s a busy spot. Daystar Projects and Promoters has been based here for a bit. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in without dealing with stairs or elevators. It’s a modest office, nothing too special to look at. We spend most of our time dealing with property and development stuff. There is always a lot of shouting on the phones and papers flying around. We try to keep it organized, but sometimes the work just piles up. We aren't into big corporate speeches. We just handle the projects that come our way. Most of us have lived in South Delhi for years, so we understand how things work around here. It’s a lot of local knowledge and knowing who to talk to. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors to folks looking for a new place. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we’ve gotten used to it. We drink a lot of chai and just keep pushing forward. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. We don’t need anything fancy to do our jobs. Just a desk, a phone, and some decent neighbors in Amar Colony to chat with during the lunch break. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really notice the noise from the street anymore.
