Our office is on the ground floor at B1/D1 in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi where you’re more likely to see a forklift than a luxury car. We do building work and handle the technical parts of construction. The office isn't much to look at. We have some desks, a few computers that are always humming, and rolls of drawings tucked into every corner. It’s a place where we wear boots instead of fancy shoes because we’re always heading out to a site. The air around here is full of the sounds of industry, which suits us just fine. We’ve been based in this area for a while and we like the practical feel of it. We don't have any polished sales pitches or glossy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, we usually just show them a photo of a site or a blueprint we are working on. Dealing with construction in this climate is hard, especially when the sun is beating down on a concrete slab. We just take it one day at a time and try to solve the problems that come up. It’s a small group of us here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing papers or checking a measurement. We’re just here to do the work and keep things moving in the right direction.
