Corporate Buildtech Llp is situated in the Sfs Flats area of Sarita Vihar, specifically at K 132, 3rd Floor. We aren't as "corporate" as the name might sound. We are just a group of people working out of a flat in South Delhi. The office is on the third floor, so we get a decent view of the neighborhood, but we aren't there much. Most of our time is spent at various construction points. Sarita Vihar is a well-planned area, which makes our logistics a bit easier than in other parts of the city. We’ve got a small setup with just enough space for our computers and a meeting table. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We wear jeans and boots more often than suits. Our work involves managing the build process from start to finish. It’s about making sure the steel is right and the concrete is poured properly. We deal with the usual delays and headaches that come with building in Delhi, like the monsoon rains or transport strikes. We don't put out fancy brochures. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at a site. We've been at this address for a bit, and we like the local vibe here. It’s a mix of residential peace and the busy-ness of the nearby main roads. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay honest about what can be done and how long it will take.
