Our office is located at Je 39, up on the second floor in Gupta Colony, Malviya Nagar. It’s a typical South Delhi setup where the streets are a bit tight and the buildings are all stacked up against each other. Finding the right staircase can be a bit tricky the first time you visit. Confiential is just a few of us working in a couple of rooms. The light isn't great, but we’ve got enough lamps to see what we’re doing. Malviya Nagar is a loud place, always something happening outside, someone selling vegetables or cars honking at the turn. We’ve gotten used to the noise. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls or a breakroom with a foosball table. We have a small table with a kettle and some packets of biscuits. We handle the tasks as they come in, mostly dealing with paperwork and some online stuff. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the delivery guy gets lost trying to find Gupta Colony, so we have to go down to the main road to meet him. We don’t try to act like we’re some big corporation. We’re just a small office in a busy neighborhood, trying to get through the to-do list every day. It’s a bit messy, but it’s our space and we like it that way. No big frills, just regular office life on the second floor.
