Chatim Constructions Private Limited is located at F-14 in the Industrial Area of Okhla Phase-1. If you know South Delhi, you know Okhla is where all the heavy lifting happens. It’s a dusty place with a lot of trucks moving in and out every hour. Our office is right in the thick of it. The building is industrial and plain, just like the rest of the street. Inside, we have our setup where we manage all the construction work. It gets pretty loud outside with the factories and workshops nearby. We have a small team here in Delhi 110020. Most of the day is spent talking to suppliers or checking on the logistics of our projects. It’s not a place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy coffee machines. We just have a kettle and some basic desks. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of the industrial environment outside. We don’t mind it much. It’s part of the job. Being in Phase-1 means we are close to a lot of our partners. We’ve been at F-14 for quite a while now. The mail usually finds its way to us despite the chaos of the industrial area. It’s a hardworking part of town and we fit right in. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day without making any big fuss about it.
