Cc Realcon Private Limited

We are over in the Safdarjung Development Area, at C-6/7 on the first floor. This is the main spot for Cc Realcon Private Limited. It’s a decent area with plenty of trees and a bit more space than some other crowded parts of Delhi. We work in real estate and construction, mostly focusing on local projects that we can easily visit. The office is bright because of the big windows, which is nice during the winter months when the sun comes through. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all our files and project plans stacked up. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, except when the phones start ringing all at once and everyone is talking. We don’t have a huge staff, just a small group of us who handle everything from the initial planning to the final checks. Sometimes we go out to lunch at the nearby market just to get out of the office for a bit and see people. Safdarjung is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to reach from the main road. We aren't interested in being a giant firm; we prefer to keep things manageable so we can actually see what’s happening on every job site. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in this business, more than you’d think when you start out. We spend hours sorting through documents and making sure everything is in order for the inspectors. It’s just regular work that needs to be done.
