Bunty Properties

Bunty Properties is tucked away at Shop No 32 on Bhogal Lane. If you are familiar with the area near Super Dry Clean in Jang Pura, you have probably passed us many times. It’s a small shop, but it fits everything we need. We’ve got a couple of chairs for guests and a small table where we spread out the property listings. Being in Bhogal means it’s always lively outside. There’s the sound of rickshaws and people talking in the lane. We mainly focus on the local neighborhood around Lajpat Nagar. It’s a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We don't go in for big advertising or anything like that. Most people find us just by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and old keys, but we know where everything is. We usually have the door open to let some air in, even if it brings in the dust. Working in real estate here means you see a lot of different people every day. Some are looking for a small room, others want a whole floor. We just listen to what they need and see what’s on our books. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and we’ve been doing it like this for years.
