You can find BUILDIFY GRANITES PRIVATE LIMITED over at House no B-117 in Savitri Nagar. We are on the 3rd floor, on the right side. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but it keeps us fit. We deal with granites and stone work. Most of our days are spent looking at samples and talking to customers about their kitchens or floors. Savitri Nagar is a crowded place, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the windows. The office is small but it works for us. We have stone samples leaning against the walls everywhere. Sometimes the dust gets on everything, but that's just the nature of the granite business. We started this because we knew a bit about stone and wanted to have our own place. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We try to give people practical advice about what stone will last the longest. It's not a complicated business. We get the granite, we sell the granite, and we try to make sure the delivery happens on time. Some days are better than others. When the monsoon hits, everything slows down. But usually, we are quite busy. It's just a regular local business in a busy part of Delhi. We just take it one day at a time here and keep working on the next project that comes in.
