At D-19 in Okhla Phase-1, we’ve got our setup. It’s a busy industrial area, so the mornings are always a bit of a rush with everyone trying to get into their units. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have the workshop area and then a bit of space for the administrative stuff. It’s noisy because of the machines and the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have fancy carpets or glass walls here at Buhler India Pvt. Ltd. It’s mostly concrete floors and metal shelving because that’s what works for the kind of stuff we handle. The air gets a bit heavy in the summer, especially in Okhla, so we keep the coolers running as much as we can. We have a lot of regulars who drop by, mostly folks from other businesses nearby who need something sorted out. We don’t spend time on big presentations or polished speeches. Usually, it’s just us in our work gear, figuring out how to fix a problem or get a shipment ready. The guys in the back have been with us for a long time, so they know the machines inside out. We drink a lot of tea during the day to keep going, usually from the stall just down the road. It’s a gritty way to work, but it’s honest and it keeps the lights on. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting things shipped out.
