Bng Homes Llp is located in Malviya Nagar, down in the basement at 3/31, Unit Space No. 1. Working from a lower ground floor means we don’t get a lot of natural light, but it stays nice and cool during the hot Delhi summers. We’ve been here for a while and the location is pretty convenient for us. We focus on home projects, and our office is usually packed with samples and project folders. It’s a bit cluttered, honestly, but we know where everything is. Malviya Nagar is a busy place with lots of shops and people, so there’s always something to see when we step outside for a break. We are just a small group of people trying to make a living by building decent places for others to live. We don't have any fancy reception area or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some regular tea. Most of our day is spent dealing with contractors and making sure the supplies arrive at the sites on time. It can be stressful when things go wrong, but that’s just how this business is. We try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with. We aren’t interested in corporate talk. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. It gets a bit damp when it rains heavily, but we manage just fine.
