Blaze Real Estate Developers Llp is based out of our second-floor office here in Defence Colony. It’s a nice enough area, and being at D 7 makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been here for a bit now, working on various real estate projects around the city. The office isn’t huge, but it serves its purpose for our small team. Most of the time, we’re out visiting sites or meeting with people, so the office can be a bit quiet during the middle of the day. When we are all here, it’s usually to go over contracts or talk about the next steps for a development. We don't really go in for big marketing or flashy displays. We prefer to just do the work and let the buildings speak for themselves. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything on track, from the initial planning to the final handover. There are always small issues to deal with, like delays or paperwork glitches, but we’ve learned to take it all in stride. Being in Defence Colony is good because it’s central, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare for visitors. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over time. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our interactions simple and honest. We’re just local developers trying to do a decent job on every project we take on.
