Our office is situated in Chattarpur Enclave, Phase-1. If you know Gate Number 2 on the Hundred Feet Road, we are right there at D 33. Beckon Realestate has been working out of this spot for a while. We mostly deal with the land and the buildings in this part of South Delhi. It’s a busy road, so there’s always noise and people passing by. We handle various types of development projects, mostly residential stuff. Our team is small, just a handful of us who know the local market. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out showing sites to people. The 100 Feet Road is a good place to be because everyone knows it. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It’s just some desks, a computer, and a lot of paper. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the documents for a sale. Dealing with property is complicated because of all the rules, but we try to keep it simple for our clients. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. Usually, someone is always in the office if you need to drop by and talk about a plot or a new building project. We've seen a lot of changes in the enclave over the years and we just keep on working.
