We are based over in Badarpur, specifically in Hari Nagar Extension-2. Our office is at House Number 280 in Block F. It's a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We work on developing different properties. It’s a lot of coordination between site workers and office staff. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and suits. Most of the time we’re in jeans and shirts, dealing with phone calls and site plans. Developing land takes time and patience. We’ve had our fair share of long days where things don't go as planned, but we keep pushing through. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, mostly residential. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this part of Delhi. We focus on the practical side of things. How much material do we need? When is the contractor coming? Those are the daily questions. It’s a busy environment. We don’t really have a fancy reception area, just a few desks and a tea kettle that’s always on. People from the area know us as the guys working on the local plots. We try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It's just how we were raised. There’s no secret formula to what we do. We just look at a piece of land and try to make something useful out of it. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and the bills paid.
