AVRAM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Okhla Phase-2, which is a very busy industrial patch of South Delhi. Our space at AVRAM BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is on the second floor of E-49/4. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know it’s all about the trucks, the noise, and people constantly moving things around. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it keeps us on our toes. We spend our mornings checking emails and the afternoons usually involve a lot of phone calls to vendors. We don't have a big fancy lobby with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us buried under a pile of invoices or looking at some blueprints. It gets pretty hot on the second floor during the summer months, but we have a couple of fans that do the job well enough. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our work without too much fuss. Most of our days are spent coordinating between the office and whatever site we are currently working on. There is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs an answer right away. It can be a bit chaotic, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of Phase-2. It’s an honest way to make a living and we like being right in the middle of all the action every single day.
