Av Proptech Llp is located in the Hari Nagar Ashram area. Our address is 321A/3, on the first floor. This part of South Delhi is always moving fast. The traffic at the Ashram crossing is something we have to deal with every single day. Our office is a modest space. It’s not one of those glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. We have a few rooms where we handle our property technology work. The walls are mostly bare, and the lighting is just standard tube lights. It gets quite warm in the summer, so the air conditioner is usually running full blast. We spend a lot of time talking to clients on the phone or heading out to look at different sites across the city. There is a small area where we keep a kettle for tea. We don't really have a hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. It’s a practical environment for a small business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes through word of mouth or people just finding us in the neighborhood. It’s just a plain, honest place to get some work done. We try to keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks that come our way.
