APPIAN PROJECTS LLP

Appian Projects LLP is located over in Phase-III of the Okhla Industrial Estate. We are specifically at unit number 208. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always something moving or being built around us in South Delhi. We’ve set up shop here because it’s a central spot for the kind of work we handle. It isn't a flashy office, just a workspace where we get things sorted. New Delhi 110020 is where we spend most of our hours. The building is functional. You won't find marble floors or fancy reception desks here. We just have our desks, some computers, and the coffee machine that barely works. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of trucks and workers everywhere. We like the energy of the estate. It feels like stuff is actually getting done. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking near Phase-III, but we manage. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a group of people working on projects. We’ve been here for a while and know the neighborhood pretty well now. If you’re looking for 208, it’s tucked in there with the other units. We keep things pretty low-key. Most of our days are spent on calls or looking at drawings. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing team, just our names on the door and our desks inside. It works for us as we focus on the daily tasks.
