We've been working out of this spot in Khirki Extension for a while now. It's on the first floor, T-74C, right in Malviya Nagar. Most people know the Ansal Group name, but we’re just the folks here doing the daily work. It gets busy around these parts. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we handle the building side of things. Sometimes the traffic outside is a bit much, but that's Delhi for you. We mostly deal with property stuff and keeping projects on track. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to people on the phone. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near the stairs. It's a regular office with desks and files everywhere. We don't really do the whole fancy corporate talk. We just show up, do the job, and try to get things sorted for whoever comes in. Living and working in South Delhi has its own rhythm. We’ve got a small team here. Not everyone is in the office at the same time because someone is usually out at a site. We try to keep things organized but sometimes it's just a lot of moving parts. That's how it goes in construction and building. We just focus on what needs doing today. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually grab a quick break. The stairs are a bit steep too, so watch your step if you visit.
