You can find us over in the Okhla Industrial Area Phase-2, specifically at D-19/1 on the first floor. It has a very industrial feel around here with trucks and heavy noise going on all day long. Aniksha Buildtech LLP is the name on the door of our office. Working in Okhla means we are right in the middle of all the heavy action. We spend a lot of our time dealing with technical specifications and various construction plans. It involves a lot of complicated logistics. The office itself is nothing special to look at, just a functional space where we meet and talk. We handle different buildtech projects across South Delhi. This part of the city has its own set of challenges when it gets down to building anything. We have seen this whole area change significantly over the years. Some days are just filled with endless paperwork and calls to suppliers who are running late. It can get pretty stressful when a project hits a snag, but we just deal with it as it comes. We have a decent routine going. Usually, someone brings in some local snacks in the late afternoon to keep us going. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the jobs done and then move on to the next one. The traffic in Okhla is a total nightmare during peak hours, so we try to get in early.
