Anas Buildtech Private Limited is located over in Saket. We’ve got an office on the 4th floor of Ras Valas Mall, right at Plot No D1 in the District Centre. It’s usually pretty busy around here with people coming and going from the mall, but we manage. South Delhi traffic is what it is, so we spend a lot of time just getting from the office to wherever the work is that day. Most of the time, someone is at the desk handling the paperwork while the rest of the crew is out. It’s not a huge setup, just a few rooms where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to work for ourselves. The office at F-402 isn't fancy, but it gets the job done. Sometimes the lift in the mall is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We deal with a lot of local stuff around Delhi-110017. People usually find us through word of mouth or just by seeing the sign when they're nearby. We don't do much in the way of big ads. It’s just about showing up every day and making sure the projects are moving along like they should. If you ever find yourself in the District Centre, that's where you'll see us. It’s a practical place to work from even if the parking can be a real headache some afternoons.
