You can find us at J-5 on the ground floor of the Paryavaran Complex in Neb Sarai. We are right near St. Marry School, so we hear the school bell and the kids every day, which keeps things lively. Akms Developers Private Limited has been working out of this space for a bit now. Being on the ground floor is handy because we are always moving heavy equipment or boxes of files in and out. The team is pretty small, and we all know each other’s business. We spend our time looking at sites and trying to figure out the best way to develop them without making a mess of things. It is a lot of coordination between the architects, the laborers, and the guys who supply the cement. Some days are frustrating when the rain stops everything, but you just have to wait it out. We aren't much for fancy presentations or marketing talk. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are and seeing what we have done before. We like the Neb Sarai area because it feels a bit tucked away but still close to everything we need. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It is a simple life, even if the building business itself can get pretty complicated and stressful sometimes. We just take it one day at a time here.
