We are over in GK II at M 138 G. It is near that dental clinic area everyone knows. This part of Greater Kailash is usually pretty busy, and finding a place to park your car is basically impossible some days. Our office isn't very large, just a few rooms where we manage all the buildcon stuff. We've got a couple of desks and a big table where we unroll the blueprints. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to laborers or checking on material deliveries. It gets a bit noisy outside with all the shops and people walking by, but we just shut the door and get on with it. We have been working out of this spot for a few years now. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic in South Delhi is a nightmare. There are only a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to filing the taxes. We don't have any fancy posters or corporate slogans on the walls, just a few calendars and some photos of the sites we are working on. We usually get our lunch from the stalls nearby. It is a simple way of working, but we like being in this part of town. Most of our projects come from people we know in the area.
