Ak Vaishno Buildconprivate Limited

We are Ak Vaishno Buildcon and we work out of Sangam Vihar. Our place is on the ground floor at G-12/170. If you know the area, you know how packed the streets can get around here in South Delhi. Being on the ground floor is lucky because we don't have to climb stairs after a long day at a construction site. The office is pretty basic. We have a couple of wooden tables, some plastic chairs, and a lot of ledgers. We don’t really do much in the way of decoration. There are usually a few maps of the local area pinned to the walls so we can track our different projects. The 110080 zip code is a busy one, and there is always something being built or repaired nearby. We spend a lot of our time meeting with contractors or talking to laborers who drop by the office. It can get a bit loud with the street noise coming right through the front door, but that’s just part of being in Sangam Vihar. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to keep our build projects on track. Most of our neighbors are also small business owners, so there is a nice community feeling. We just open the shutters in the morning and get to work on whatever the day brings. It’s honest work and we do it right from this small ground-floor room.
