We are over at A-16 in Karwarai Sarai. Aeternum Developers Private Limited is based right here. It’s a simple setup. We don't have many people in the office most days because they are all out at the sites. Developing property is what we do, but it’s mostly just making sure the permits are in order and the builders have what they need. Karwarai Sarai is a place where you can get things done if you know who to talk to. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a few folks trying to put up good buildings. The office is a bit small, and we have boxes of files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the phone rings and we can't find where we put it. It’s a bit chaotic but we like it that way. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. We just show people what we are working on. The tea stall nearby is where we spend a lot of our break time. It’s good to get out of the office for a bit. We’ve been in this industry for a while and we’ve seen how things change. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project. It’s not a glamorous job. It’s just work. We hope to stay here for a long time and keep doing what we do. It’s enough for us. The traffic outside can be a nightmare in the afternoons, but that's Delhi for you. We mostly just drink our tea and look over the latest blueprints. It's a steady life.
