Our office is up on the second floor of J-3 here in Saket. It’s a decent enough spot, though the stairs can be quite a workout if you’re doing them five or six times a day. We deal with land and construction mostly. Advika Landcon started because we wanted to work for ourselves in the South Delhi area. There’s always something happening in Saket, and it’s a good middle ground for meeting clients who are coming from different parts of the city. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know the local land laws and where to get things done. Most days are spent on the phone or driving around looking at various plots of land. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we don't mind it much. We keep things pretty simple here. No big presentations or fancy slide shows, just sitting down with a map and talking about what’s actually possible. It’s honest work, even if the paperwork feels like it never ends. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is close to finishing up. We’ve been in this building for a while now, so the neighbors all know us by name. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular floor in a regular building where we get our work done. We try to be helpful when people ask questions about the area.
